- Researching trademarks and legal use of a domain name is the responsibility of the owner of the domain name. SharAmbrosia cannot be held responsible for how domain names are used after the final sale of the domain. If you choose to have your new domain placed into an Organic Web Care account, it must remain there for an initial 60 day period. This account will be fully accessible by the new owner and can be parked, or used at the new owner's descretion. After the 60-day period the new owner may transfer the domain to another server or keep it with OWC and continue to renew annually for up to 10 years at a time. All sales are final after payment has been completed. Future renewal of the domain is the responsibility of the new owner.
